Job Responsibilities & Qualities
Remote and onsite support calls to customers in the LA metro area and provide scheduled and emergency support on Windows network environment (knowledge of Unix, Linux, MacOS and Novell is helpful - but not required).
Maintaining Systems including WinXP Pro, Windows Small Business Server 2003 or higher, Exchange Server and IIS.
Customer service oriented.
Strong communication skills.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Strong technical knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance
Ability to work off hours.
Attention to detail.
Certifications
Minimum: A+, MCP
Prefer: Network+, Security+, MCSA or MCSE
Experience
1-3 years
